I, the undersigned participant, hereby release and hold harmless, the Ohio Valley Gathering, its board members, agents and volunteers from any and all liability, suits or claims for personal injury and any other losses occurring during or as a result of participation in the Ohio Valley Gathering.

I further acknowledge that the Ohio Valley Gathering does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen articles during the Ohio Valley Gathering.
